Moments Notice Inc is located on the historic Woodlawn Farm in Middletown, Delaware.  Still a family farm, it is owned and operated by Laurie Janeka Gandy and Mark Gandy. Laurie has an extensive background in the Thoroughbred industry, stable management, and agronomy. She possess a BS degree (with honors) in Agricultural Business with a double minor in Plant and Animal Sciences. She is a licensed in MD and DE as a Nutrient Management Consultant, Soil Conservationist, and holds various licenses at area racetracks.

Moments Notice Farm houses a few private horses that Laurie competes throughout the year, as well as Thoroughbred rehabs, layups, conditioning, and Delaware Certified Horses. The farm is private and open by appoinment only.
